Anne joined the Earth Institute in 2010 to focus on health systems strengthening efforts in the Millennium Villages Project. Her work at CSD included the implementation of Community Health Worker (CHW) service delivery protocols and a data-driven management system. This was complemented by her work in deploying a real-time mobile health system to support data-driven operational decision making, CHW performance management, service delivery quality assurance, and verbal autopsy collections. Anne later adapted this work for Ebola surveillance in Guinea during the West Africa Ebola Outbreak in 2014. Anne received her Masters in International Health at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Masters in Biomedical Sciences at Tufts University School of Medicine, and B.S. in Biology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She continues to advise CSD on health systems strengthening initiatives.
