Zelda Moran

Zelda is a Staff Research Associate working with the Tropical Lab Initiative (TLI) group. She holds a BA from McGill University and an MPH in Epidemiology from Columbia's Mailman School of Public Health. She has worked on international research projects in the fields of vector borne disease and maternal health in Panama, Austria, Kenya, Uganda, and South Africa, and became involved with CSD in 2016 for an Ebola diagnostic validation study in Guinea.  Her primary interests are in reducing the burden of Neglected Tropical Diseases in developing countries, and in new interventions for vector-borne disease control and prevention.
